Title: Ebay Thorn frame for a build?

I don't recall those stickers but those better in the know will know if this is a cheap frame for a build or a dog with funny stickers on
the seller claims it was originally sold by sjs and doesn't claim it's a thorn but I wonder?

A badged import rather than a Thorn frame also sold by a few others with different badges on. There was fixed version which was quite popular a few years ago.  Cheap and reasonable without being anything special, I think frame and fork sold for less than £150.
