Title: No cable-tension adjustment for LX-Deore

I have a THORN NOMAD [year of manufacture: 2001]
The bike has been museum-ed for 9 years!
I am getting it ready for some touring in the summer.
One question:
 I am getting the gears properly adjusted.
 But the Front Derailleur [Shimano LX-Deore] doesn't appear to have a 'cable-tension adjuster'. Am I missing something here?

It is on the shifter.
