Title: Is it a holiday in Thornland?
Post by: Magnus on May 07, 2010, 06:16:02 PM
Is there a holiday now in england that I didn't know about?

I have been trying to contact SJS all week, through e-mail and phone and it's like they are closed down.  I can't see a mention of anything on their site...

Does anyone have an idea?

Hej Magnus
they had a bank holiday last Monday but everything should be back to normal now. I have had 5 or 6 emails from them during the week and spoke to Lisa yesterday...... ordered my bike  :D :D :D

I got a headset press tool from them, sent this week and arrived Thursday.
Somebody must have been there...

That is strange...

I've sent several e-mails, to various people and tried calling them five times today.  Maybe they don't want me to pay for my new bike...

Hope I can get through to them on Monday.

Hej Magnus
which bike do you have from Thorn ? I am hoping to get over to Iceland next year for 3 or 4 weeks cycletour camping, a little coast road warm-up and then into the highlands. Not easy to get climbing practice here in DK  :P

I have two Thorn bikes.
A Thorn Raven Tour, with butterfly bars, racks, fenders and lights - it's my commuter and touring bike.
A Thorn Audax 853, wich is my weekend bike.

I'm in the process of buying a Sherpa for my wife, if I can get in touch with SJS to make the final payment.

If you need any information about Iceland, feel free to drop me an e-mail.
