Title: Flam blue paint damaged

My flam blue frame has been assaulted by the brake lever of a strangers bike whilst parked and I now have an ugly stratch across the top tube.   I understand that flam finishes are tinted laquer on a silver base.   Anybody know how I can get hold of touch up materials please?   I've already asked Roberts Cycles twice as they built the bike but I've had absolutely nothing from them.

I assume blue nail polish of course?
