Title: Raven tour OK for Himalaya ride

Just a quick one to ask if people  have the experience of taking a Raven tour through the himalayas. If not any opinions re: suitabiity or is Nomad S&S a better option. 500 pound price difference being a factor.

I used a Raven Nomad for the trip between Manali & Leh.  Cass Gilbert has previously used a Raven Tour whilst running trips in the Himalaya.  Either bike would suffice.

One chap in our group did the trip on an aluminium tourer, with rigid forks and 32c tires. He was ahead of me all day  ::)
