Title: Suggestions for family cycling trip

We have a Thorn Me-n-u triplet, we successfully travelled the C2c on it last year including the off road sections excluding the Coach Road. We also did some touring in Northern Ireland. I am wondering where to go this year. Given the current exchange rate we shall be staying in Britain. Any suggestions? We average about 40 -45 miles per day.
