Stuck in a bog on Chile Argentina border

Ok it seems the normal methods don't work

anyone, info on how to insert pics please

Sorry, never tried it and don't know why it doesnt work.
The url brings up a lovely picture - some cycle path that.

You could try posting a question to att21 in 'Forum Features Requests & Bugs Report' about remote images.

If you have the image on your local computer then the reply 'Additional Options' gives you an attach option which works for images on your local computer.

Several thousand miles later here is Cat in Australia, where I am 3 months into another tour.
 I use a BOB trailer which makes it easy to go off for rides without all the racks etc.

It seems that your image hosting website doesn't allow other sites link to your photos - I don't know why. But the tag (http://url) works fine for me and other photos.
