Title: Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) inner tubes

These are something that have been around awhile but I only discovered recently. Does anyone have experience with them?

o experience, though I was talking to a rider who'd stopped using the Schwalbe version because the patching was unreliable.
The price is enough to put me off, I use Schwalbe Extralight and the weight difference isn't a lot, 30g I think and a quarter of the cost.  Maybe if I were racing and I'd run out of other things to improve I might think differently.

Yes, it does seem a lot of money for a marginal gain compared to the Schwalbe extralight, which I use also.
Being a sucker for trying new things though, if I find a good sale, I might "take one for the team" and report my findings. :)
