Title: Thorn Nomad, Rohloff Touring Bike - Ladies or suit shorter gent.

The Nomad is  the gold standard of British touring bikes.

This bike is in excellent condition having had a brand new frame, forks, headstock and bottom bracket only two years ago (the previous one suffered the effects of repeated sea spray while travelling extensively around the Philippines on small boats). The frame is fitted with SS couplings that allows the frame to be split for shipping.

Gears Rohloff 14 Speed Hub
Wheels Rigida Andra 30, tungsten carbide coated 26inch/ 559 ATB alloy
Front Hub Shimano Deore  XT HB-M760
Brakes – Shimano XTR V Brakes with Swiss Stop Blue Break Pads
Handle Bars – Thorn Comfort Bars with Ergon Grips.
Original Thorn racks front and back.
Saddles are Brooks Leather on both. 

Price not including shipping is £1200. 

Note that the bike is not fitted with Mudguards (fenders).

We are based in Faro Portugal.  We can ship the bikes anywhere in Europe, but buyer pays shipping costs. We recently had a shipping cost to the UK, per bike of £120 but other regions would differ.

The current rider is a lady of 5' 5" (1.66m) inside leg 2ft 7 1/2"  (80cm) and weight  128 lbs (58 Kilos).

The dimensions below are based on the Thorn sizing tables.  There is plenty of adjustment in saddle position vertically and horizontally, but we suggest you check your sizing needs against the Thorn tables to determine if this bike is right for you.

Frame sizes are stamped  beneath the  bottom bracket,
Some photos would  be welcome
