Title: Half link chain?

I am needing to use a half link to better utilize the sliding dropouts on my wife's bike. But I see there is a half link chain.
Has anyone ever used one?

Yes, I tried a half link chain several years ago. I found the rivets kept popping out so I wouldn't recommend that particular model. I'm afraid I cannot remember the brand.
