Happy Easter to you too Anto. Hope the weather is good for you and you are out on your bike rather than sat eating Easter Eggs. I have been out in the garden trying to catch up with all the jobs I have been unable to do over the last few weeks. Managed a 6 mile ride on the bike the other day without any bad effects afterwards, so now looking to gradually up the mileage again. It's amazing how quickly you lose the muscle in your legs when you have been sat around for any length of time.

I'm as full as a tick jackie  turkey and ham i'm stuffed  the wife made an apple pie for afters i'm fit for bed. ;D ;D
i got a great 75km yesterday same tomorrow rest day today.

raining on and off all day but tomorrow the sun is back happy days.
