It must be a mistake. The Rohloff  hub is only a 14-speed. It even says "500/14" in the last photo.

The rohloff serial number is about 2004.

It is a mistake, I'm the seller and it's a 14 speed of course.
And it's not a large, the frame no under the BB is 512S03030.
I'll try to answer any further questions more accurately !
