I am onto it - for a friend, who is impressed by my recent Enduro purchase (also on the CTC forum) so I am arranging purchase of this lovely green one for him. I will post a picture when we get the two of them out on the trails.

I was surprised to see it unfortunately described as the predecessor to the "infamous Thorn EXP". "Famous" would be more apt, as my copy of the OED defines "infamous" as...

Lovely bike, a real beauty. I'd love to hear the story of how it came to see so little use over the years. Seems priced a bit on the high side given the spec, but is a handmade frame and both paint and condition are outstanding for age, so perhaps it balances out.
