Hi All!
Here are photos of Alfie's Nomad, posted on his behalf.
What a cracking-good bike! Love the color and a first-rate build. Looks fantastic!
All the best,

Thanks for you help, appreciated.

ah alfie if only we knew how to post photos :(
the new nomad is class fantastic build,it look's to be a much smaller frame than your red raven.
have you any tours planned for it Alfie.

Anto,
Yes the nomad has a smaller frame than my rst but it feels right , and it was built for more adventurous rides, not just smooth tarmac. It also gives me the confidence that if I do come of the pedals my man bits will not be too severely bruised. As for tours, like I have already said there is nothing planned for the near future. I hope you are still enjoying the Dolan and getting miles in. Keep us posted regarding your new audax project.. Keep smiling😁

love the Dolan Alfie super bike great climber,i ride most of the time solo so i take in loads of hills some tough most just long drags easy pace, i recently fitted a 11 to 32 cassette new chain, my god i should have done that years ago makes climbing so much easier ;)
usual spins are between 30 and 50 miles around the back lanes of co louth and co meath boyne valley newgrange really quiet back roads i love it.
if i go with the saturday group it's usually 40to50 miles coffee stop and loads chatter few glory hunters in the group crack me up can't ride steady.
yeah sooner do me own thing.
thats the buzz im away out now for a epic.

Great bike, Alfie, and welcome back! Good to know that you'll be able to give your Nomad a workout (and vice-versa.)
Cheers,

Hi Julio,
I bought the mk1 pre owned frame a while ago and built it up using new parts. The frame, rohloff and saddle are not new, The wheels were built by Dave in Aberdour, who was recommended by julk

I love this frame too !
Your fenders should to be adjust with your tires .. :P
-
Julio,
I'm glad you like it, as for the mudguards they don't look too good in the photographs but since then they have been adjusted to fit more snugly.

Alfie, what a gorgeous looking bike, you've done a great job there. I have to say I think BRG is a great colour, very versatile and classy.
Looking forward to hearing how you get on with it.
