I am cycling in the mountains of West Sichuan and yesterday some squeaking noises started to drive me crazy every time I pedalled hard with my right foot. I was proceeding to tighten everything up just in case... and I manage to damage the bolt that screw the crankset into the bottom bracket.
My gf is in a major city in China, and she will join me in a couple of weeks, so I wanted to give her the reference of the bolt to get me a new one.
I attach an image of the not damaged bolt I am talking about.

CT,
The part you are referring to is commonly called a "crank arm fixing bolt"...or simply, "crank bolt".
You need one in M8 to fit your internal bottom bracket.

They are also sometimes less commonly called "bottom bracket spindle bolts" or "bottom bracket axle bolts".
Sure sorry to hear of your troubles and hope a replacement will soon set you right.
Best,
Dan.
