Someone know what is for use this fork's screws ?

Sidewall dynamo bracket.
Not really necessary considering most dynamo users these days use hub dynamos rather than sidewall dynamos.

It can also be a handy place to store two SPD cleat bolts as spares in case one gets lost from a shoe.

So it does not serve me for this options .. but maybe for something else
