tlc? The owner is a disgrace allowing a frame to get in such a poor state, especially a Thorn 853!
People who treat bikes this way have no right to own.
Price? Mad as a box of frogs!

I think the seller did mention that a respray might be a good idea. Personally I'd love one in that Brevet Orange colour,  but not this one.

Snapshot of the bottom bracket numbers. Looks like an LA cycles frame to me; circa 2003/4 perhaps?
