Title: How to blank off unused rack mounts

Hi everyone .... gradually emerging from the cycling wilderness that is caused by starting a family!

I'm fettling my Thorn up ready for a return to regular cycling.  I've removed the front rack as never used, and am now left with empty rack mounts. What's the best way to plug them? Short bolts with a blob of grease? Or assembly paste?

Yes short bolts greased with a washer.
