My partner, her son, and I went up to Quebec City for a few days on the bike. Some of our routes:

and some photos: http://s140.photobucket.com/user/kukulaj/library/quebec%202015 (http://s140.photobucket.com/user/kukulaj/library/quebec%202015)
We got lucky with the weather. The forecast called for three rainy days but we got just a few drops. The cycling infrastructure there is a real delight - and very well used. Practically traffic jams there during rush hour!

How wonderful, Jim! Great photos and nice GPS tracks also. Will you be planning a return to QC for more cycling in the future?
All the best,
Dan.

"planning" is surely too strong a word. But, "dreaming" of a ride, perhaps from here, up to Buffalo and across, to knock on Mr. Saxby's door, then over the top of Lake Ontario to Montreal, up along the St. Lawrence through Quebec out to the Gaspe, then Nova Scotia, the ferry to Portland, Maine, and then back home through New Hampshire and Vermont... yes, I dream!

Dreams can become reality, Jim; they're the first step in the journey. ;)
What a terrific trip that would be!
All the best on what sounds like a true "Dream Tour",
Dan.

Glad your trip to Qué City worked out so well, Jim, and especially that you had such good weather. It's a wonderful place, eh? Your "dream tour" sounds good too. I've been along parts of it, and would heartily endorse it. Still have a little-known section of Qué on my list, les Îles de la Madeleine (Magdalen Islands) in the gulf, due north of Prince Edward Island & SE of the Gaspé, accessible by a weekly supply boat from Montréal, or the ferry from PEI.

Thanks for the photos, Jim; they're almost as good as being on tour myself.
