I was replacing my Mk1 Nomad's cantis with some V brakes. I may have hit a snag regarding cable routing. The cantis' cables run through centred fine adjusters at both the rear and front. As per photos. The V brakes' cabling runs to the side of each brake; through the noodle and so on. I'm guessing I simply miss this fine tuning option out but would appreciate a second opinion.

If you are switching to V from cantilever, are you putting on new levers that have a longer cable pull too?
If not, you might benefit from travel agents, they come with or without an adjuster. The travel agent converts a long cable pull brake like a V brake to a short pull brake lever. The travel agent is used instead of the noodle.
I think I once saw a noodle that had a cable adjuster on the end, but I do not know if they are still made.
On my foldup bike I have cable adjusters in the cable housing, I think they are called in-line cable adjusters.

Thanks for the advice, much appreciated. After further thought I've decided to stick with the cantis. I ran into trouble with the V brakes re cable alignment, tensioning and potential effectiveness.
