That is absolutely gorgeous. Some of the little design touches are very eye-catching; the rear fender dual lights/reflectors are so reminiscent of a bygone era. Thanks for posting

Some of those old guys knew a thing or two about design, didn't they?  Thanks for posting, Jim.  I have a sub to Bicycle Quarterly, and as you may know, Jan Heine regularly and rightfully celebrates Réné Herse in its pages. This photo and this bike would grace BQ, for sure.

I prefer the front shifter to be easier to reach.

Concur that it is a beautiful and well thought out bike.
