i see the tubes are 753 on the rear,cant imagine there strong enough for carrying panniers. :o

The stem on it is easily worth £60 if you sell it on e-bay, so if you think the price is a bit high that's a way to bring it down  ;D

It's my size but the XTC is more a "do-all" bike so this is for somebody else...
