Title: Raven tandem paint job quality

Had my Thorn Raven tandem 3 months now. Mechanically works well but paint chips off at the slightest scuff exposing the undercoat. I've had a Thorn Adventure tndem previously and had several resparys done on bikes over the years but none of them chipped anything like this. Emailed Dave at SJS some weeks ago but got no reply.
Anyone else had this problem?

Hi Dave,
Sorry you didn't get my email. You say that you now use a different company to do your paint jobs and you have offerred me a respray when it suits me. Thank you for that,I am most  impressed by your customer care follow up. The new tandem has performed superbly well ,the Rolloff hub and hydraulic disc especially.
