Title: Wanted : Touring frame

I am seeking a frame I can build up for touring.  I would prefer something that will accommodate 26" wheels, like a Thorn Sherpa, though anything will be considered. I am six feet tall and based in the west of Scotland.  I am also open to buying a complete bike if the price is right.
