Wouldn't say it was in excellent condition.

I may be wrong, but I would say that this frame has been repainted at some stage.
The Raven Tour was never available in satin black, but was in gloss black.
There are no decals on the frame.
The paint finish doesn't look original.
Of course, it may have been a one off special paint job at purchase.

It could do with some TLC, I'd say. A respray or at least rust stopper and touch up.
The dents in the seat tube shouldn't be a problem, looks like someone has had it in a vice and tightened too much, but the dents are there and should be taken into account.
I think there's a bit of wishful thinking on the price. Having said that, it doesn't look to be in bad condition and could be just what someones looking for.
