My new Thorn Sherpa

My new Thorn Sherpa  ;D as soon as my hangover clears from last nites party I'm off out...  does anyone know if Iv set up my drops correctly, its my first set of drops???

Enjoy that new bike - you will find out quite quickly if the handlebars are right!

Good job the wind has gone down for a first ride, it was vicious yesterday.

It took me a while to figure out the head set when I got my new Thorn a few months ago. Just in case they're new to you, too: the stem can be flipped upside down, so instead of angling so as to lift the bars up a couple cm, it'll angle down a bit - really more horizontally, since the stem angle is about the same as the heat tube angle.

Anyway, it looks like you have the tops of the bars up above the saddle a bit. Lots of folks like the tops more level with the saddle and then the bottoms of the drops can get you way down out of the headwind. Flipping the stem would be one way to accomplish that.

i have a slick tire up front makes a hell of a difference speed wise. ;)
