Courier choice

Anyone know which courier SJS use? Can't remember myself. A trawl of the net reveals some sad stories about courier services in the UK. Some experiences have been awful and costly. I'm minded to think considerable caution is essential if one is to avoid disappointment/small claims court etc.

They use Tuffnells, got my Nomad delivered ok but we used to use Tuffnells at my works
and they were not very good at all, maybe they have improved things over the last
year or two.
