Want £2000 (would be about £2750 new). Beautiful condition, but stokers have outgrown it. Hope disc brake, XTR V-brakes, Thorn rack, Terry saddles, SKS mudguards, Hi Road tyres. Very nice to look at (metallic green paint has been well applied) and handles extemely well whether laden or not.
Suitable for very small male / slightly smaller than average female at the front, and a small female / older child at the back. My daughter was a smaller than average 8-year old when she first rode on the back with the handlebars higher than the saddle, and she was able to ride on the back as an average sized 12-year old. The pilot was her mother, height 5'3'', riding with a very short stem. The sloping top tube layout means that there is a lot of adjustment possible for rider size. We are happy to get the tape measure out to answer any queries, but please look at size 3 on the Thorn size chart first.
Buyer must collect, but only after you have seen and ridden the tandem and decided you are totally happy with it. We live close to the M4 in South Wales.
