Title: Thorn Nomad X Alfines - Price Reduction

These fine bicycles have been reduced from £1,199 to £999.99, gotta be great value for a hub geared Thorn with the option of getting a [disc] Rohloff in future.   :o

If I hadn't already gone down another route I would be dreaming of a Tonka Yellow one   ;)

I'm quite tempted too! You can also opt for a upgrades according to the round robin I received. Much as the Nomad lite idea didn't take off I still think these are great frames that are capable, versatile and suited to so much more than shopping duties. Unless you are a masochist and have a perpetual desire to ride up and down Porlock Hill a Nomad X is well worth considering -and you can get it in that brilliant yellow too. Put a brown Brooks on it and you are up there with the Riffa-Rapha!
