It is possible to get OTG (over-the-glasses) ski goggles with active ventilation provided by a battery-powered fan:

I commuted for some years in winter with an early version of these, coupled with a plastic wind deflector that attached to the bottom of the goggles. It did wonders for pre-warming the cold air before it hit my lungs. Not a bad combination for what it was. Today's versions look far better.
