Help please - where can I find the torque settings for the two screws underneath the eccentric bottom bracket that I need to loosen/tighten in order to adjust the chain tension please?

Retighten the eccentric screws to 10 – 17 Newton meter (torque) 7.38 to 12.54 foot-pound-force
