"Tie on" pump pegs
« on: March 24, 2014, 01:36:48 pm »
Hi All,
I was reading parts of this forum and I believe what I want is on Danneaux's bike. It looked like he had "tie on" pump pegs so that he could carry a frame pump. My present bike doesn't have pump pegs and I would rather not have the Velcro type attachment. I have been trying to locate his photo / thread. but, as with all computer / digi novices, we think we will remember where it is located, forget to write it down, and then wonder why the hell we can't find it again!! :'(

So, if someone can please enlighten me on these retro fit pump pegs, I would be truly obliged.

Thank you

Ian

Thanks - I didn't think to Google it!!

But which is the best?
I can't see inside the packet on ebay and it's difficult to see the Zefal - even enlarged.
Quite fancied the retro ones on ebay. I'll bet they will clean up quite nicely.

Cheers

Ian

H Ian!

I use(d) the Zefal models. They are as mickeg helpfully linked to and appear identical to the first ones linked to in Dave's post.

Best,

Dan.

Thanks Dave et Dan,

Brill!! That's me sorted.

Just got to stop kicking myself now for flogging the Zefal pump with the bike :-\

Well, you live and learn - hopefully.

Cheers lads

Ian
