[Very nice, Ian!]

Alfie, that's a fantastic-looking bike you've got there, with a really striking black-and-silver color combination I'll bet John Saxby will love to see as a preview of his own build-in progress.

Gorgeous LX crank, beautifully appointed and a great scene in the background for this stunner. Black-and-silver done right; well done!

Best,

Dan. (...who is going back for another look  ;D )

Thank you Ian for posting the photograph of my bike, as every time I tried to reduce the image it always came back saying it was larger than 517kb.As I have been on the forum for a while I thought it was about time I posted an image. Also Dan thanks for the kind words, much appreciated .

Regards,Alfie

Great looking bike Alfie, another plus for the black/silver colourscheme. Do you have any tours planned in the foreseeable future?
Neil.

That is one beautiful bike Alfie, and you've done a perfect job with the mudguards!

Looks like the pic was taken on or near Braid Hills Drive?

Very nice black-and-silver, Alfie--well done!  Will have a cousin, a black-and-silver Raven, on display in a couple of months. Exact dates t.b.c., however, as our back yard is still buried under a metre of snow and although the higher sun is encouraging, the temp is hardly budging.  The calendar sez that the equinox is now less than three weeks away--can spring be far behind? (Ans.: Yep...)

A mean machine my friend.
Excellent picture. Thanks for posting.
I am a Raven man myself but your bike looks fantastic.

May I ask about your pedals? I think we have the same. Lambda?

Very happy with mine but an end cap came off after i crashed. They appear to work OK despite no cap. I found the UK importer but he couldn't supply a replacement.
