I have a Thorn Sherpa, and am thinking about buying, (or having built) a second wheel-set to use on lightly loaded tours. By light load I mean 10-12kg or less of luggage on good surfaces. I weigh 80 kg.
I would keep and continue to use my heavy duty wheels (Rigida CSS 36 spoke) for heavily loaded tours.
The question is, what rims/hubs (or complete wheels) are good options for a high quality, light wheel-set for the Sherpa?
