trailer or racks
« on: August 02, 2005, 11:38:58 am »
The bike I use at present for touring is a converted MTB. After 4 days
touring I get sore arms and hands. I cannot get my position correct on this bike so it is time for a change of frame.
Do I go chunky (read heavy) frame and re-attach the front and rear racks that add weight and are still heavy when not touring or nice light bike and either a Yak or Y'frame bike?
The bike is used for everything, including a child seat, except serious off roading.
