A very interesting thread and I've been looking for a conversation to jump into as I haven't contributed for a while.

Yep, breakfast is almost certainly the most important meal in the day. 

My typical breakfast is very wholesome!  Apart from washing it down with a smoothie, the only recent addition is making sure I have a decent coffee which just makes all the difference.  Why not take a look....

A really outstanding post on your site, Doug. Sounds good all the way 'round. Can I drop by for a bite or two and a cuppa? :D

Due to some network problems, I'm writing you from Burger King's free wifi, and the smell is just about enough to.... Well, the pics on your site helped a lot!

BTW, I surely enjoyed your site post, re: climbing Kirkstone Pass on your Audax. Superb photos, those.

But hey, Burger King - are you setting a good example here?  However, Wifi reason accepted!

Perhaps not as bad as KFC, which our children refer to as Keep Fat & Chubby.
