Manitou Forks to XT Disc Brakes

HI THERE,
I have a problem, with my shimano XT 755 front disc brake.
I got my hands on a set of Manitou Forks with Hayes disc mount. So I went out and bought a Hayes to international adapter mount, which gives 170mm. I realised the 160mm disc no longer fits. Then I thought, I could get a 203mm disc, so the next question is,
Will the 160-203mm adaptor fit with the Hayes adaptor to give 203mm
for my XT Disc Brakes. It would seem not.

Dave Whittle Thorn Workshop:
The only way to use Manitou forks with XT disc's is with a 170mm disc and a adapter plate.
