Fitting Tongsheng TCDZ2 250W with throttle to Rohloff

Hi folks,
I have had an operation to remove tumour from centre of spinal cord at T6, went well but the power in my legs is now shot 😂. I had, before the operation, used a Mercury Rohloff (not the donor frame).
So what you ask ... well, I have a Rohloff wheel and Rohloff Ladies frame that could work with the TCDZ2. Has anybody done this? If so, how did you move the stock chainring out to 54mm from 50mm.
I presume with the torque sensing, brake safety cutout and throttle I will be able to shift gears safely.
