Cycling in South West Portugal Monchique

Any recommendations for cycling maps in Portugal.  Seems the scales on the Michelin maps are not really suitable .
Or has any one got gpx tracks for rides in this area.  We are not on a cycle holiday as such, but will be hiring road bikes for day rides up to 100km for 2 or 3 rides
Although I wish we were taking our own bikes!
Any advice welcome thanks
