Cycling to work last week at 6am on very dark tow path my bottom bracket failed spectacular on my Nomad, the crank snapped off. SJS were great in responding to my email entitled "help". Dave,  in the workshop,  responded within the hour with advice on replacement parts and tools required, plus explanatory YouTube videos. The parts etc were  Delivered rapidly from SJS . All sorted , so many thanks for helping me get back on my beloved bike.
