Hi Jack!

Welcome to the Thorn Cycling Forum. I moved your query to the "Wanted" board and modified the title to increase the chances for a reply.

You might try asking SJS Cycles to see if transfers are available for repainting. I seem to recall Bob Jackson making some when they repainted a member's bike some time ago. A possible lead to check on.

All best luck to you,

Dan.

I am not sure of the history of bikes with the Nomad name, but I think that the Mk 1 refers to a Rohloff version of the bike.  If yours is a derailleur fitted bike, that would not be a Mk 1.  If you contact SJS I suggest you use the serial number in your correspondence.   A lot of Nomads were built before they added the Mk 1 to the model name.
