Spoke tension figure?

What should the optimum spoke tension be for 26" Grizzly CSS wheels? Front with a Deore hub, rear with a Rohloff hub.

Dave Whittle Thorn Workshop:
The spokes should then be tensioned to a minimum of 1000N measured with an inflated tire or 1300N
without tire.
