York Rally

RST Scout:
Hi,
I'm going to the York Cycle Rally in a few weeks time. Is anyone else going?

Loved to have gone but my "Events Manager" has organised other activities for that weekend.  Maybe next year.

i was to go a few year ago but tis a long way from my pad.

I'm going. looking forward to it.  Lightweight camping, not sure yet how many nights I'll stay.  I have Fri and Mon off work so I could use the time for a mini tour, rather than just riding there and back.

RST Scout:
Anto, I'm camping  8) but I'll be going in my car and taking Bettina (sorry Energyman - can't get Scout in the car).

PH, I'll be in the motorist section. Probably sandwiched between 2 caravans. It should be fun. I used to go every year when it was run by the CTC (as was!) but haven't been for many years. Look out for a green Vango tent, a Black Golf and a Cairn Terrier causing mayhem ::)
