On drybags:  I've used Outdoor Research and Sea-to-Summit with good results, both paddling and cycle-touring. If I'd continued down the drybags-on-a-low-rider route, I'd have gone to this Alpkit product, which looks to have better fixing loops for my adjustable bungees: https://www.alpkit.com/products/airlok-xtra-13-litre  They're available in different sizes.
