Thanks's Janet yeah nice bike for sure pity tho about the pilot.
i'm having big problems with me feet in agony on every ride,i hadto stop 3 times today 17 mile spin to adjust the cleat on my right shoe  no joy still in lots pain,
so im going to use the time pedals off my roadbike  fingers crossed or even toes they work much better.

Sorry to hear about your feet. Have you ever considered going back to the old toeclips. I can never get cleats in the right place either.

yeah just done 28 miles  dull windy kinda of a day but need to get some miles in the legs. the road shoes are way better but still that feckin pain in my right foot ,i won't mention my back
i'm a bloody wreck but a happy little camper at the best of times.

yeah i keep the baby in good nick cleaned after every ride, well put it like this no one else is going to clean it for me not even the wife especially the wife .

Ah janet the weather is cat baloo im becoming more and more a fair weather cyclist.its going out in the rain that bugs me if im caught out so well and good.I'm a total wuss.
