Truly Patient Customer Service w SJS!

I'm in need of small parts for my current bike and, due to the bike maker's mistake, ended up purchasing the wrong sized items from SJS. So far, numerous emails and pics have been sent between SJS and I over this and we're sort of narrowing it down.

Amazing! If this doesn't work out, I am going to part out the bike and get a Thorn. I am really impressed with the customer service!   ;D

Really nice report on SJS Cycles' efforts.

All good wishes on getting the part you need soonest. It can take awhile sometimes, but it is nice to find a vendor who is cooperative in helping.
