Clearout - Dynamo, Bags, cassettes, handlebars brakes etc
« on: January 12, 2015, 08:16:19 am »
Postage included for everything.

First up for sale is a Son Brompton dynamo setup. Wheel shows little to no wear been used for about 3 months, then not used in the last 4 months or so. The RRP is £350 but you can get them around £335, I'm selling mine £235 I will take some pictures when I take it off the bike (the bike will also be up for sale over the next few days)

Brompton Carradice Stockport and frame and bag. Together they cost me £140. I've used it once for a 2 mile ride. Trying to get £100 back.

Brompton Mini O bag. In perfect condition with strap Cost £90, would like £60

Carradice Barley saddle bag. Some wear to the leather but hardly used. Not the same condition as the other two bags but still in good nick. RRP £70 would like £30

Thorn comfort handlebars. Marking around clamping area and brake leaver mounting. RRP £30 would like £15 as I guess they won't be the cheapest to post.

Sram PG730 cassette. New in packaging. Cost me a tenner would like £7

Campagnolo Record Ti cassette 12-23. Marking on the cassette but no wear that I can see. IIRC it had done around 500 miles (not by me, came with a groupset). These cost £150 would like £60.

Shimano STX 1" threadless headset. In very good condition for it's age. £12

Tiagra triple front mech 4603 New. £10

Super Record cups (italian thread) marking from installation. £5

Procraft Kick Stand - Kick II - Bottom Bracket Mount. Came with my Thorn Raven but don't use them. £10

Deore V brake levers and cables. Came with my Thorn but changed them out. Good condition £10

Adjustable 1" threadless stem. Came with my Moulton. In good condition. £10

Shimano Tiagra 4600 Road Brake Caliper no marking. Came on my fixed but swapped it out on arrival. £10

If you can find it cheaper somewhere else let me know and if it's worth my while still to post it out (some things are going to cost almost the amount in postage as the cost of the item) I will drop the price, I won't get offended, the worst is I will say no.

Will the Stockport bag fit bikes other than a Brompton? Could it be rack mounted?

This 'lot' was also advertised on CTC so we may not be monitored that often here. I wanted the brakes but some lucky soul got dibbs on them double quick time. I actually bought some new levers complete with cables and all the bits from ( trumpet fanfare) SJS instead. I'm very happy. Now, shall I have a new pair of cable cutters too?!
