Mega Brochure
« on: November 03, 2014, 07:25:45 pm »
Basically The Universe According to Thorn is here as a huge PDF. Just what you need for the cold evenings to come and you cannot face another episode of Morse et. al.  ;)

Dang!

I wish I had seen this 2 days ago, before flying back from Lima to Sydney (about a 30 hour journey, all up). I finished my book and needed something good to read.  :)

Very nicely found, Ian, and useful enough to be made "Sticky".

Sincere and hearty thanks to Andy Blance for all the work he has put into this wonderful resource. Many questions should be answered, and the section on load capacity/handling is most welcome also.

All the best,

Dan.

Without getting oleaginous about it, that Mega Brochure brings into fine focus the cumulative knowledge base that stands behind our Thorns. Further, I dare say our contributions here represent a useful contribution to the development and refinement process. Cue mutual back slapping moment.  :)

Love the tables. Really good graphical way of laying out what bikes are best for what applications.

A fine read.  I am embarrased to admit that I was so excited by it that I found it difficult to sleep last night.  Perhaps I need to get out much more!

I can't wait for pages 81 onwards.

WARNING BELLS!

I know another writer whose wife divorced him for keeping Wisden (the cricketer's Hansard) on his beside table.

I perve my copy in my bath...

OK, the version that I found on line still includes the discontinued Raven.

What bikes are in the current range?

There are still some Raven Frames for sale at SJSC, and a couple of Raven Sport Tours as well ;)

That page contains a link to the downloadable mega brochure, I don't think that contains the Raven or any of the other obsolete models:

The page contains links to them, but have you tried clicking on one?
