I am making it known on all of the forums (Forae?) that I visit that THIS TIME I am really giving up smoking cigarettes for good.
I had a couple of small rides earlier this week and was gasping for breath and weak at the knees after 12 slow miles so I think the time has come to try and sort it before it is too late.
Anybody sees me smoking make me give £1-00 per cigarette to Animal Rescue in Lancaster as a penalty to me and a help to them.

Like Motty says, though -- put aside the money you're not spending on cigarettes (where I live, it's almost $5USD/pack), and before you know it, you'll have a new frame saved up; it's a marvelous incentive to watch the fund grow.
