Title: Warped spider, what to replace with?

I stopped the other day because my chain was hopping off my year-old nomad, to find the chainring warped. After pulling it off, I found the spider is warped as well.

Presumably I need to get an entire crankset to replace that spider. Will any ATB crankset (w/ proper length arms) work w/ the EBB?
